Observed the following food products to be improperly stored. Chicken broth was left uncovered under meat slicer. 2. No lids on rice, beans & salsa in walk-in cooler. Provide for all food products in storage to have proper covers or overhead protection. 750.130 Next Inspection
10  Observed the following utensil(s) to be improperly stored . Found ice scoop handle in ice at soda fountain in bar. Provide for all utensils to be stored in one of the following manners: 1) Clean and dry 2) In the food product with the handle up and out of the food product 3) In a dipper well, using potable water 4) Malt collars and frozen dessert utensils either clean and dry or ina dipper well Next Inspection
15  Observed the following improper non-food contact surfaces. There is a torn seal gasket on the 6 glass door true cooler at bottom right door. Provide for all food contact surfaces to be smooth, easily cleanable, non-absorbant, corrosive resistant, and light colored Next Inspection
22  Observed the following food contact surfaces to be unclean. Can opener has debris on it. 2. Cutting boards have food stains on them. 3. Knife is soiled on cutting board. 4. Soda dispensers in bar has old syrup debris in them. Clean and maintain. 750.800 Next Inspection
29  Observed the following plumbing to be improperly installed or maintained: There is a leak at the faucett located at the three compartment sink. Repair this leak. Provide for all plumbing to be sized, installed, and maintained in accordance with applicable provisions of the Illinois State Plumbing Code.
